This database is used as a tool to calculate services Due, Completed, and Delinquent by Brigade, Battalion, and Company; then export that data into a presentable format. It also has the capability to determine what equipment on your IQ09 / Equip Sit, both HAS a maintenance plan and REQUIRES a maintenance plan. This is done by comparing IQ09/Equip Sit to IP24/ZMPRPT, then to a reference table in the database to determine maintenance plan requirements.

ADDED: SMX now supports both 32-bit and 64-bit installations of Office.

ADDED: New report to show details for services completed.  You will be given the option to input the number of days that you'd like to view completion history for.  This can be viewed for Brigade, Battalion, and Company level.

CHANGED: Import instructions for ZMPRPT now instruct you to select "All" maintenance plans versus only showing "Open" services.

FIXED: Error during file imports related to an improper procedure call.  CHANGED:  The name of the database has been changed to Service Management eXchange (SMX) to maintain uniformity with my other database tools.

FIXED: Sometimes the Brigade 6-month Projection report didn't format correctly when exported to Excel. This has been resolved.

ADDED:  SMX now contains a calendar feature.  This will allow you to create a service calendar that denotes the type and quantity of services for each day of the selected month.  This calendar can also be export to PDF as well.  Double-clicking on a given day on the calendar will show you the service details for that day.

ADDED:  You can now export the Overdue and Projected services, as well as the Missing Maintenance Plan report to Excel

ADDED:  When you export the Brigade 6-month projection report, it will create tabs for each battalion within the Excel file.  This will provide a complete view of the brigade with only one mouse click.

ADDED:  A new report that shows you equipment that has a maintenance plan, but is not on your IQ09/EquipSit.  Presumably these items were laterally transferred, but the maintenance plans were not moved.

- Resolved further issues causing Admin No's to not show up in certain situations.

-  Added a column to the Overdue and Projection reports to denote whether a projected or overdue service actually requires a maintenance plan.  This based on the YES / NO value in the catalog table.  Services with a NO will have a red highlight on the far right column.
