Purpose
The Jump Management System (JMS) was designed to assist the S-3 Air in tracking the currency of jumpers under their charge. By logging/tracking unit jumps, the system displays each jumpers status (Current, x1, x2, x3, or Payloss) allowing the leadership to make better informed decisions about jump allocations.
Capabilities
The following are some of the capabilities currently built into JMS:
- Automatic calculation of jumper currency status
- Simplified method of building jump manifests
- Quick access to a variety of reports showing jumper currency
- Control Jumpmaster assignments
- Track Jumpmaster currency, to include DZSO and DACO duties
- Semi-Automated production of the unit Air Letter and Jumpmaster Packet
- Track “No Airborne Operations” profiles
- Document management tracks that all required paperwork is on-hand such as Hazardous Duty Orders, Jump Log, “P” Identifier, Jumpmaster certificate, Airborne certificate, etc
- Tracks personnel who are NAP’s or Terminated from jump status
- Auto-calculation of the Airborne timeline
- Export DA Form 1306 (Statement of Jump and Load Manifest) and DA Form 1307 (Individual Jump Record)
- Stores data from Drop Zone Survey’s and imagery for each drop zone for inclusion in the Air Letter and the Jumpmaster Packet
Hi I am wondering if there is an updated version? I am unable to get passed the initial setup. Thanks. It wants me to update the coding the 64 bit which I don’t know how. Any help would be appreciated. I understand this was made in 2014 and it is currently 2022 but any help would be appreciated. I am trying to get my company air stats updated and the last person in charge left a little messy excel tracker and thought this might be a better option to save more time.
